International Orders - Terms & Conditions

The shipping costs for non-U.S. orders vary significantly from one country to another. We ask overseas customers to pay the actual shipping cost plus a $5.95 surcharge. Also, please be advised that we ship the goods only to the credit card billing address. We track the shipped merchandise and need to verify the goods are delivered. Orders that do not meet the requirements are not accepted.

As soon as we confirm your order, we will get back to you with a confirmation e-mail, and inform you of the estimated shipping cost. Customers are required to respond to the confirmation e-mail and agree to the terms and conditions for the international orders explained herein.

Customers are responsible for paying duties, if applicable, custom clearance fees, and any other costs associated with the shipment of the goods ordered. These costs may not be included in our estimated shipping cost.

Any defective or wrong machine may be returned within 30 days after the invoice date for a full refund. We will credit the card you used for the order. Pack and seal your return item securely, in the original package if possible, and include your name and contact information. Package must be returned prepaid -- we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
