This frame was designed to be used for one-needle outlining or to do very fine outlining work. It is a very fast running machine and can be used with either a long or short stroke. This is a specially shaped frame and should be used for outlining only. This is what others would refer to as a "cut-back" frame- the only difference this is the original tattoo machine, not a copy. The POM-1 comes with the standard stainless steel one-needle outliner tube, 7/16 stainless steel grip and 5/16 center 10 wrap coils. Aluminum frame machines have a quick-change chuck for easy insertion and removal of tubes.
